Is the Tampa Bay Fan jewelry only available in 10KT gold?
Fan jewelry is available in 10KT white or yellow gold and in sterling silver.

What is 10KT gold?
10KT gold consists of 10 parts pure gold and 14 parts alloy.

What is Sterling Silver?
Sterling Silver consists of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% alloy.

Why do I need to know my finger size?
Rings are manufactured to fit a finger size. It is important that we manufacture your ring to fit perfectly. Finger sizes are as follows: 6.0, 6.5, 7.0, etc.

Where can I get my finger sized?
Intergold uses a standard ring-sizer and you can have your finger sized at any local jewelry store or departmental store jewelry counter

Is the pendant offered with a chain?
The Tampa Bay pendant comes with a 18� curb chain in the metal composition of your choice i.e. a 10KT gold pendant comes with a 10KT gold chain. If you order a sterling silver pendant, the chain will be in sterling silver.

Trademark Info?
The �Intergold� registered trademark is stamped on the inside of all Tampa Bay jewelry. The metal composition is also stamped inside the rings i.e.10KT indicates 10KT gold and sterling silver is indicated by 925.

In what packaging will I receive my jewelry?
The Tampa Bay pendants and cufflinks are packaged in individual green marble boxes measuring 4� x 2� x 1� Rings are packaged in an attractive oak presentation box measuring 4� x 2� x 1�. A brass plate, engraved with �2004 NHL Stanley Cup Champions Tampa Bay Lightning� is attached.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Due to the incredible labor and material costs that are incurred when producing custom jewelry, the full payment must be provided up front before we can start production.

When will I receive my jewelry?
Your jewelry will be shipped to you within 4 to 8 weeks of you placing the order, providing all relevant information required to manufacture the ring has been submitted and your deposit has been paid.

How will my jewelry be shipped?
Your jewelry will be shipped overnight via Fedex and delivered to the address you have submitted with your order information.

What are the shipping and handling costs?
Intergold will add $25.00 to your invoice to cover shipping costs within North America. For shipping internationally, all duties, taxes and shipping charges will be forwarded to you.
